What was the driver behind the development of the ePortal?
Our client’s needs. We are fortunate to work with some of the most successful ecommerce brands and aside from a quality packaging product they need access to data relating to their packaging usage to enable them to react to the fast-paced nature of their business.
The most successful ecommerce brands are delivering a simple, fast and efficient order processes and we replicated this for our customers. Fashion never sleeps and our ePortal is available 24/7 to match this demand.
What are the key features of the Duo ePortal?
Our clients can use the portal to order their packaging products, track and trace deliveries and view reports to aid their decision making. We also made available documents such as proof of deliveries, copy invoices plus statements. It’s also an easy way to view product specifications and designs. To aid future planning, especially in the run up to peak season, ePortal customers access to a range of management information reports.
What impact has the ePortal system had on our customers and also to Duo?
My favourite feedback from a customer was when they described the ePortal as easy to use as ordering their shopping on ASDA. The ePortal reduces the time spent on placing replenishment stock orders and accessing data to aid replenishment plans. The reports section makes submitting the annual packaging waste obligation a breeze as its available to download at the touch of a button.
With a growing international customer base it was our priority to find a way to enable access to information when the Duo UK team wasn’t available, digital technology was the solution.
Are there any other developments for the future with the ePortal system?
The ePortal has been developed with and for our clients and their feedback will continue to drive how this evolves. Coming soon, Live tracking of international orders.
