Festive Holiday Season Opening Hours 2022

Over the Festive Holiday season Duo will close for business at 4pm (GMT) on Thursday 22nd December and will re-open on Wednesday 4th January 2023.  

Our manufacturing facilities may be closed but you can still receive delivery of your products throughout the festive period. To pre-arrange a delivery, we ask that you place your order by midday (GMT) on Wednesday 21st December.  

Location specific delivery availability is as follows: 

UK 

Deliveries to UK addresses are available every day apart from: 

24th to 27th December 

2nd January 2023 

Normal service resumes on 3rd January 2023. 

Germany 

Deliveries from the Berlin warehouse are available Monday to Friday apart from: 

25th December 

26th December 

1st January 2023 

USA 

Deliveries from the Atlanta warehouse are available every day apart from: 

November. 24  

December. 26  

January. 2  

Normal service resumes on January. 3 2023. 

Duo’s ePortal is available 24/7 to view tracking information, POD’s and to raise replenishment stock orders. If you haven’t yet activated your ePortal account, you can do so by emailing the team at enquiries@duo-uk.co.uk
