Festive Holiday Season Opening Hours 2023

Over the Festive Holiday season Duo will close for business at 4pm (GMT) on Thursday 21st December and will re-open on Wednesday 3rd January 2024. 

Our manufacturing facilities may be closed but you can still receive delivery of your products throughout the festive period. To pre-arrange a delivery, we ask that you place your order by midday (GMT) on Wednesday 20th December.   

UK 

Deliveries to UK addresses are available everyday with the exception of: 

23rd to 26th December 

1st January 2024 

Normal services resume on 2nd January 2024. 

Germany 

Deliveries from our Berlin warehouse are available Monday to Friday except for:  

25th December 

26th December  

1st January 2024 

USA 

Deliveries from our Atlanta warehouse are available everyday apart from:  

November. 24th to 25th Thanksgiving  

December. 25th Christmas  

Normal service resumes on December 26th  

Duo’s ePortal is available 24/7 to view tracking information, POD’s and to raise replenishment stock orders. If you haven’t yet activated your ePortal account, you can do so by emailing the team at enquiries@duo-uk.co.uk
