Most companies ‘values ‘ are defined by a stuffy board that’s never worked a day on the floor. That’s not really our style.
Here’s our Duo DNA: values decided on by our very own team. After all, it’s because of their outstanding effort that we’ve achieved everything we have since we started in 1988. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Our Values
From management heads, to temporary line staff, there’s not one person here who isn’t passionate about what we do for our customers every day, and what we could achieve together in the future.
Who’d have thought you could make plastic more environmentally friendly? We did. That’s because each of us doesn’t see a problem as an issue, but rather, an opportunity to be more innovative – and potentially change the world.
No one here is afraid to share their ideas. After all, he who dares, wins – right? Our staff know that, and go for every opportunity to make our process, products and business even better.
In a dynamic, bustling environment like ours, it’s important to get on with each other. Being great to work with, tends to make for truly great work. And we’re the living, breathing proof of that.

Training & Development
It’d be easy to say we’re passionate about our people. But it’s easier to see why training and developing them works. Put simply, who wouldn’t want a team of engaged, talented people? A team of people who have careers that fulfil them, and help them grow. We don’t invest in training because it’s just a buzz word. We know it makes an enormous difference to how successful we are, and how successful our people feel in return.
