Leveraging our expertise in cost-effective solutions, we introduced Club L to the innovative DuoOptipac mailing bag. This groundbreaking addition not only elevated the global parcel-carrying experience but also effectively addressed the challenge of soaring volumetric shipping costs.
This addition supported Club L’s expanding international presence, particularly in the US market. By incorporating the DuoOptipac handle and simultaneously reducing the packaging thickness, we achieved significant material and cost savings for Club L. These packaging innovations not only improved parcel throughput but also reduced the overall volume of packaging material and package size compared to standard click & collect mailing bags.
The branded mailing bag not only fulfills the UK plastic packaging tax requirement of 30% recycled materials but also actively promotes a circular economy for plastics, by using sustainable, biobased GreenPE alongside recycled polythene.
In a collaborative effort to promote reusability, we guided Club L in implementing a closed-loop recycling process. By harnessing this system Club L has actively reduced its environmental footprint.
